Deva ‘Orbi’ Floor Sander Orbital sanders are perfect for sanding wooden floors where a precise smooth finish is a must. The movement of the abrasive is very fast and very small circular movements which makes an orbital machine the ideal choice for sanding and refinishing floors with the wood grain in different directions such as parquet floors or floors with decorative inlays, also thin laminated floors where a drum sander could be too aggressive. The new Deva ‘ORBI’ Floor Finishing Orbital Sander is a high quality machine that achieves superb results for both professional contractors and DIYers. The smooth orbital action allows the operator to direct the machine easily at a controlled pace. The ORBI integrates a separate motor to run its highly efficient dust vacuum system which offers an advantage over competitors’ models. A front mounted fluorescent light allows the user to see the area of the floor clearly. The handle can be easily detached for transport or the sander can simply be rolled on its rear wheels form site to site. The two sanding blocks included with the ORBI allow you to use both mesh screen and regular sheet abrasives.
