CROMMELINS Operations Pty Ltd, trading Australia wide as CROMMELINS Machinery and CROMMELINS Australia is a Proprietary Limited Company founded in 1958 by Terry Crommelin, who now holds the position of Director. He has retired from daily active duties and Kevin Kennedy now holds the position of CEO.

CROMMELINS import, assemble, manufacture and distribute, portable Construction machinery to the Building, Hire (Rental) and Agricultural Industries, plus Government Departments, and through an established national dealer network, currently over 600 Australia wide.

Servicing The Hire Industry

CROMMELINS are seen nationally as "progressive" and are a "preferred supplier" to the Plant Rental Industry. This we believe is due to their experience in Hire and hands-on knowledge of Industry needs.

CROMMELINS Machinery were voted

1. "Supplier of the Year" by national members of the Hire and Rental Industry Association of Australia in May 2003.

2. "Supplier Achievement Award" in 2001
3. "Best Convention Display Stand Award" at the national Hire Convention in 1977.
4. Terry Crommelin was also awarded life membership of the Australian Hire Association for his lifelong contribution to the Hire Industry.

Employees

The Company currently employs a staff of 28, a number of whom have been employed with the Company for over 20 years - three over 30 years. There is a solid core of experienced staff Australia wide.

CROMMELINS is continually seeking senior personnel to service our major national clients in all States. In place is a generous bonus system and a commission reward system for sales staff and State management.
